In the context of our contractual relationship, we process your personal information to perform our agreement with you, provide our products and services, and manage our relationship. This involves several specific activities:

User Account Management: AquaSource manages two distinct types of user accounts, each requiring different sets of Personal Data due to their unique roles within our operations.

For Brand Ambassadors, who enter into a distributorship agreement with us, we collect comprehensive personal details necessary for the creation, execution, and management of these accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, usernames, email addresses, contact information (such as phone numbers and physical addresses), identification details, and financial information for commission payments and transaction processing. The collection and processing of this data are grounded in the contractual necessity of executing the distributorship agreement, facilitating product orders, and managing earnings. Data is retained as long as the Brand Ambassador's account is active and in compliance with applicable laws and to uphold the integrity of our business model. 

For customers, the data collected is more focused on facilitating the transactional aspect of purchasing our products. This typically includes usernames, email addresses, and billing and shipping details necessary for order processing and fulfilment. While customers also provide personal details voluntarily, the scope is narrower compared to Brand Ambassadors, primarily encompassing information required to complete purchases and provide customer support. The legal basis for processing customer data is also contractual necessity, but it's tailored to the specific requirements of purchasing and receiving products. Customer data is retained for the duration of the account's activity and in accordance with applicable laws.

Order Processing and Fulfilment: When processing orders and fulfilling transactions, we collect billing information and shipping addresses. This activity extends to managing accounting, billing, and collection activities, necessary for completing purchases and managing returns and warranties. The basis for this processing is contractual necessity, and data is retained for the transaction's duration and to comply with accounting and tax regulations.

Marketing and Promotional Activities: For marketing and promotional activities, such as sending newsletters, we collect email addresses with the user's consent. The legal basis for this processing is consent.  Explicit consent is also obtained for participation in surveys, receiving marketing communications, and personalised online experiences through the use of cookies and similar technologies. Retention time
